1. What we collect

When you use our enquiry form, we may collect your name, company, contact information, enquiry type, location and requirements. We may also receive information when you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp.

2. Why we use it

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate requested services and maintain business communications. We do not request passwords, OTPs or payment card details through the website form.

3. Enquiry storage and access

If the secure PHP enquiry handler is enabled, submissions are stored in protected server-side files for authorised business review. Access depends on correct GoDaddy server permissions and configuration. The site itself does not operate a customer account system.

4. External services

The Contact page includes Google Maps embeds, which may contact Google when the maps load and may process device and browsing information. WhatsApp, social-network links and Google Maps each have their own privacy policies. We do not deliberately include third-party advertising trackers in the core website.

5. Retention and your choices

Enquiries are retained only as required for business operations and applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion where legally appropriate, contact sales@evershinevision.com.
