Which email should I use for IT sales and quotations?
Send new IT purchases, product requests, project proposals and AMC quotation enquiries to sales@evershinevision.com. Include your company name, required products or solution scope and location for a more useful discussion.
How can I request technical assistance?
Email it@evershinevision.com with a clear description of the problem, affected equipment, location and preferred contact number. Support availability, on-site visits and any response commitments depend on your existing agreement and the nature of the request.
Can I visit the office or showroom without an appointment?
Our regular opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM–7 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM–1 PM. We recommend calling before visiting, particularly for demonstrations, IT consultations, public holidays or visits to the Dubai Airport Free Zone office, where visitor access may be controlled.
Can you help with multi-site or new-office IT projects?
Yes. You can discuss structured cabling, networking, Wi-Fi, servers, storage, CCTV, IP telephony, cloud solutions and office IT fit-outs. Review the Projects page for representative implementation scopes, or send your floor plan and requirements to Sales.
How do I request an Annual Maintenance Contract?
Explore the IT AMC coverage on our Services page and email your requirements to Sales. It helps to include your number of workstations, servers, sites, network devices and any existing support needs. The contract scope, exclusions and service hours are agreed in your written proposal.
